稳定高速流的早期特征

【摘要】 本文统计分析了日球中各种声速、马赫数等无量纲参数的共转变化在第20太阳周中的演变。以充分的统计结果说明快磁声波速度是识别极大年后稳定高速流的最重要的早期特征。此外,共转变化的图案从上升期经历极大期到下降期是逐渐逆太阳自转方向漂移,而从下降期到极小期则恰好相反。

【Abstract】 The evolutions of the heliospheric sonic speeds.Mach numbers and other dimensionless quantities axe studied statistically in this paper for the solar cycle 20.It is shown that the fast-magnetic sonic speed C■ possesses an obvious two-peak distribution in the Carrington rotation during all the phases Of the cycle,and is the most important physical quantity served as the earlier precursor in the ascending and maximum phases to identify the stable high-speed stream in the post-maxinum phases.The other characteristic precursors are the high values of Alfven wave speed and the ratio of the magnetic to thermal pressureμ■ as well as the low value of the Alfven Mach—number in the ascending and maximum phases,and the low value of the parameterβin the ascending phase,the common feature of which is the intensified function of magnetic field.It is also shown in this paper that the corotating patterns drift from the west to the east,i.e.against the direction of solar rotation during the period from the ascending to the descending phases,and along the direction of solar rotation during the period from the descending phases to the solar minimum.
