寒武系-奥陶系分界地层——吉林省浑江县小杨桥剖面古地磁工作的初步结果

【摘要】 从寒武系-奥陶系分界地层——吉林省浑江地区的小杨桥剖面,采集了62块手标本。经热退磁处理后,古地磁的测量数据表明,在寒武系向奥陶系过渡期间,地磁场的极性没有变化。这个结果与苏联Khramov所编的苏联古生代极性表相一致。小杨桥剖面的平均古纬度约为64°N。
【Abstract】 Sixty two hand samples were taken from Cambrain-Ordovician boundary strata in Xianyangqiao section,Hunjiang region,Jilin province.After thermal demagnetization the palaeomagnetic results show that the polarity of Earth’s magnetic field remained unchanged around Cambruan-Ordovician boundary.This is consistent with the polarity scale for palaeozoic of the USSR.The average palaeolatitude of this section was about 64°N.
