【摘要】 青藏高原位居欧亚大陆南缘巨型特提斯-喜马拉雅构造域的东段,夹持于塔里木地块、中朝地块、扬子地块与印度地块之间.独特的构造部位和壳幔结构赋予了它在研究大陆造山带和全球构造中的特殊地位,成为地球科学家们竞相探索的重要对象.
【Abstract】 The Qinghai-Xizang Plateau is characterized by a complicated structural collage consisting of various microplates(terrains) split from the Gondwanaland and Eurasia.It is composed of Qaidam,Bayan-Har,Tanggula,Gangdise and Himalayan microplates with four major suture zones between one another.The Longmuco-Jinshajing suture zone may constitute the boundary between the Eurasian and Indian plates as well as the northern margin of Gondwanaland.
