利用区域地震台网P、S振幅比资料测定小震震源参数
ON THE DETERMINATION OF SOURCE PARAMETERS OF SMALL EARTHQUAKES BY USING AMPLITUDE RATIOS OF P AND S FROM REGIONAL NETWORK OBSERVATIONS

【摘要】 本文提出一种利用区域地震台网垂直向位移记录中P和S最大振幅的比值,由计算层状介质中点源位错的P、S综合地震图测定小震震源参数的方法.用人工数据检验该测定方法的可行性;并用此方法测定了海城地震(1975年2月4日,M_S=7.3)前震序列的震源参数,与其它方法得到的结果作了对比分析.结果表明,本文提出的方法具有需用记录资料少的优点.
【Abstract】 In this paper,we propose a method for the determination of source parameters of small earthquakes by means of synthetic seismograms of a point dislocation source in a horizontally layered medium,using the maximum amplitude ratios of vertical component of(?) and(?) waves recorded by a regional network.By using this method we have determined the source mechanism solutions of eight foreshocks of Haicheng earthquake(Feb.4,197S,M_S=7.3)·from the records of 11-14 stations in Liaoning province,northeast China.The results are compared with the focal parameters determined by other methods.The results show that the present method has the advantage that it would attain comparable accuracy with less data.
