低引燃倾向(LIP)卷烟纸对卷烟引燃性能的影响

【摘要】 用ASTM E2187-04的标准方法对6种不同卷烟纸(两种普通卷烟纸,四种LIP卷烟纸)卷制的卷烟进行了引燃性能的测定,探讨了LIP卷烟纸中助燃剂含量及阻燃带宽度/间距对卷烟引燃性能的影响,并通过研究卷烟阴燃时处于阻燃带区域内燃烧锥表面固相的平均温度(以下简称"燃烧锥固相平均温度")和卷烟主流烟气中CO释放量,分析了卷烟引燃性能、卷烟燃烧锥固相平均温度和CO释放量间的关系。结果表明:①在其他条件相同的情况下,LIP卷烟纸的助燃剂含量和阻燃带宽度/间距对卷烟的引燃性能有较大影响。②LIP卷烟的引燃性能与卷烟燃烧锥固相平均温度及卷烟CO释放量均有一定的关系。LIP卷烟的燃烧锥固相温度低于对照的普通卷烟,而CO释放量明显高于对照的普通卷烟。

【Abstract】 The ignition strength of 6 cigarettes was measured using standard test method ASTM E2187-04. These cigarettes were made by 6 different cigarette paper (2 ordinary cigarette paper, 4 LIP cigarette paper). The influence of burning additive and band width/spacing on ignition strength of cigarette was discussed. On the basis of the average temperature on the surface of combustion coal of smoldered cigarettes and the content of CO in mainstream smoke, the relation among ignition strength of cigarette, average temperature on the surface of combustion coal and the content of CO was analyzed. The results showed that 1) the LIP cigarette paper, especially the content of burning additive and the band width/spacing, do have influence on the ignition strength of cigarette; 2) the ignition strength of LIP cigarette showed correlation to the average temperature on the surface of combustion coal, and also to the content of CO. Compared with ordinary cigarette, the average temperature on the surface of combustion coal in LIP cigarette was lower, meanwhile the content of CO was higher.
