磁感应热疗治疗肿瘤的研究进展及临床试验

【摘要】 靶向磁感应治疗癌症在肿瘤治疗方面是一项突破性的技术,该技术基于磁感应热疗(MIH)应用于癌症的治疗,具有广阔的发展前景。德国、美国以及日本在该领域的研究已有显著成果,并进入临床试验。中国在该领域经过十多年来的努力和探索,一些研究所已进入国际前沿。其中,清华大学引领了磁感应热疗的发展方向,尤其是将磁感应热疗系统应用于临床试验方面。2010年清华大学与医疗机构协作完成了磁感应热疗在中国的临床试验。本文概述磁感应热疗用于癌症治疗方面的国际国内研究进展。
【Abstract】 Targeted magnetic induction cancer therapy is expected to be a new breakthrough in tumor treatment.The technology that is based on magnetic induction hyperthermia(MIH)for cancer treatment has been under intensive while extensive development.Recently,studies in Germany,USA as well as Japan have made significant progress and led to clinical trials.In China,some research institutions have also conducted in-depth research.In particular,with more than 10 years relentless efforts and exploration,Tsinghua University plays a leading role in the research and development of MIH in China,especially the hyperthermia system of MIH for clinical trials.The clinical trials for MIH in China have been initiated by Tsinghua University combined with medical institutions in the year 2010.This paper summarizes the international and local research and development of MIH for cancer treatment.
