近红外漫反射光谱法鉴定七种药用包装材料

【摘要】 采用近红外漫反射光谱法建立一种无损、快速定性分析方法,鉴别七种药用包装材料:透明聚氯乙烯、不透明聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚三氟氯乙烯/聚氯乙烯2000复合、冷成型铝薄/PE复合以及纸/铝/PE复合薄膜。98批样品用于建立模型,14批样品用于验证模型。在扫描谱区范围4000~9000cm-1的范围内,使用一阶导数9点平滑,结合第一范围标定法建立近红外包装材料定性分析模型,并进行验证。结果表明,定性分析模型可将每类产品唯一区分,组间选择性S值均大于2。14批未知样品预测样品的判错率为0%。结论:近红外漫反射光谱法可以取代传统的鉴别方法对七种常用药用高分子包装材料进行定性分析。

【Abstract】 A non-destructive and rapid quantitative analysis method:near infrared(NIR)diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was developed for identifying the species of pharmaceutical inner packing materials.Seven types of packaging materials were investigated:clear PVC,opaque PVC,PVDC,cold form aluminium(Al)/PE,Al/Paper/PE,Aclar and Aclar/PVC 2000.In this research,98 samples were used to establish the model and other 14 ones were used to validate the model.The identity of all the samples was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy in the range of 9000~4000 cm ?1,and the optimal qualitative model of those seven inner package materials was constructed using first derivative with 9 points smoothing and scaling to first range analysis.As a result,the selectivities(S)between groups were more than 2,which implied all groups of different packaging materials can be uniquely identified;and the misclassified probability of unknown 14 samples was 0%.In conclusion,the results above showed that the developed model for identification of those 7 package materials by NIR is reliable,and this method is simple and fast because the pretreatment for samples is not required.This method might be substitute the traditional infrared and chemical method for those materials identification.
