一种感应微加热器的设计
Design of Micro Heater Based on Induction Heating

【摘要】 提出一种基于感应加热原理的微型加热器,设计了针对微流体的微加热器的结构和关键参数,该结构的微加热器,具有加工难度低,便于密封等优点。利用ANSYS10.0/Mutiphysics对微感应加热器进行电磁场和温度场仿真分析,分析表明微感应加热器加热均匀,温升速度较快,加热效果较好。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a new micro heater based on the induction heating.The micro induction heater is easier to be airproofed.So,the difficulty of fabrication of the new micro induction heater is decreased.The structure and key parameters of the micro induction heater has been designed.The coupled-field analysis of electromagnetic and thermal is carried on with the ANSYS10.0/Mutiphysics.The analysis results show that the heating speed of the induction micro heater is fast,and with uniformity heating distributing.
