【摘要】 我们研制出一种利用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)探测油漆中多种重金属元素的仪器。它由光学系统、电控系统、光电倍增管(滨松CR131型)、示波器(Tektronix TDS2012B)和计算机软件等部分。经过对自行制备的Pb,Cr,Cd参考样品进行检测,所得结果与ICP-AES测得的结果作对比,发现我们测得的结果均达到很高的精度。更多还原

【Abstract】 we develop a LIBS instrument to the problem of detection of heavy metal in the oil paint.It concludes optical system,electronic control system,photomultiplier(hamamatsu CR131),oscillograph(Tektronix TDS2012B) and software.We detected the concentration of Pb(Cr,Cd) in the reference sample with LIBS instrument and make a contrast of the result of the ICP-AES.Finally,We make a conclusion that the measured results were achieved a high accuracy.更多还原
