【摘要】 根据质检总局对开展产品质量电子监管工作的思路,设计开发了具有多级联动特点的产品质量电子监管系统。介绍了系统的五大主要功能以及系统技术框架搭建、数据格式规范化、数据集成接口实现、信息安全保障和产品信誉度评估模型的设计等系统开发的关键技术问题。实践证明系统具有集成能力强、信息安全有保障、数据格式统一规范、质量信誉度评估公开公正以及具备质量抽检方案决策支持功能等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 according to the general AQSIQ’s direction of carrying out product quality electronic Supervision system,we have developed the Multiple-Level interactive product quality electronic supervision system.It describes the system’s five main functions and the key technologies such as the system framework building,data standardization,realization of data integration interfaces, information security assurance,as well as design of trust & reputation evaluation model.Practice has proved that the system has the characters of easy to integrate,enough information security assurance,scientific and just trust & reputation evaluation model, standard data,the function of quality sampling scheme decision-support and so on.更多还原
