自主活动实时测试分析处理系统

【摘要】 目的将计算机、信息和图像分析技术集成用于动物自主活动实验中,在线分析获取大小鼠自主活动的信息资源;方法采用模式识别、数据挖掘等技术对信息资源进行科学组合和深层次开发,提取包括运动距离、运动时间、运动速度、静息时间及各种比值以及运动轨迹等快速灵敏、规范客观的评价指标;并利用正常小鼠、安定和咖啡因造模的小鼠对指标系统进行可靠性验证;结果采用以上方法建立的自主活动实时测试分析处理系统,稳定可靠,所获数据与原人工检测方法所获结果具有高度相关性,相关系数在0.9以上;安定和咖啡因实验验证显示,系统可靠性高;结论全套系统集各种信号监测、采集、自动判别、贮存、结果分析、统计处理和输出一体化,为镇静、抗抑郁等神经精神中药药理实验研究提供了一套自动化程度高、提取信息量大、可供推广应用的空场实验计算机在线图像检测分析处理系统。

【Abstract】 Combining the advantage of computer sciences,information knowledge,and image analysis technique into open field test, the data of mice locomotor activities were collected and analysis with technique of photography,multimedia,pattern-recognition, data mining etc.Various parameters such as total Distance of Movement(TDM),Movement Speed(MS),Total Duration of Movement(TDM),Movement Distance in Peripheral Area/Central Area(MDPA/MDCA),Movement Time in Peripheral Area/Central Area(MTPA/MTCA),Total Resting Duration(TRD),Resting Duration in Peripheral Area/Central Area (RDPA/RDCA) etc.were recorded after data was collected,refined and analyzed with self-designed software.Experimental results showed those indexes are more sensitive and more objective for judging animal locomotor in open field,after mice were administrated intra-gastric ally with diazepam,caffeine.The correlation coefficient of those indexes collected by computer and manpower were higher than 0.9 after more than 500 mice were experimented.It provides an automatic,intelligent system for studying tranquilizer,anxiolytic,and antidepressant drugs from Chinese herbs with integration for monitor,collection,analysis, storage,statistics and output of experimental data and results.
