羊体内脏中稀土元素分布特征研究
Research distribution characteristics of rare earth at sheep viscera

【摘要】 利用微波消解仪溶解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定羊内脏中的稀土元素。研究了稀土元素在心、肝、脾、胃、肾中的分布特征。结果表明:稀土总量∑REE0.31×10-6-4.59×10-6,平均为1.85×10-6,轻重稀土比值在5.10-19.57之间,平均为11.88,由LREE/HREE值可以看出轻稀土含量明显高于重稀土,这可能与包头地区的稀土分布有关:用稀土饲料喂养的羊的内脏中的稀土含量明显优于自然放牧的,尤其是肝和肾;包头地区的稀土主要以轻稀土为主,只有少量的重稀土,但肝脏中Gd、Tb、Er通过稀土饲料喂养后,相对富集;肾脏中Gd、Tb、Dy、Er、Y通过稀土饲料喂养后,相对富集。
【Abstract】 The sample was dissolved by microwave digestion instrument,determination of rare earth elements at sheep viscera by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Research distribution characteristics of rare earth elements in the heart,liver,spleen,stomach,kidney.The results show that:the total amount of rare earth ΣREE 0.31×10-6-4.59×10(-6,the average is 1.85 ×10-6,the light and heavy REE ratio between 5.10-19.57,the average of 11.88,we can see the light rare earth content was significantly higher than that of heavy rare earth by the LREE/HREE ratio,it may be related to the rare earth distribution in Baotou district;with rare earth feed sheep entrails of rare earth content superior natural grazing,especially liver and kidney;the rare earth of Baotou area is the main light rare earth,only a small amount of heavy rare earth,but Gd,Tb,Er of hepatic is relative enrichment by feeding the rare earth feed;Gd,Tb,Dy,Er,Y of kidney is relative enrichment by feeding the rare earth feed.
