钐钴合金中钴的测定方法研究

【摘要】 本方法研究了钐钴合金材料及钐钴磁性废料中钴的测定,试样以稀盐酸、稀硝酸溶解,高氯酸冒烟,经氨水分离钐、钆等,排除稀土共存元素对钴测定的影响,并以硫脲=乙酰丙酮等掩蔽可能存在的杂质元素,调节溶液pH为5.5,加入一定量EDTA标准溶液,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,用锌标准溶液返滴定过量的EDTA标准溶液[1],解决了EDTA直接滴定钴,滴定终点不易观察的问题,可以测定的含量范围在35.00%75.00%之间,与X荧光光谱法进行对照试验,结果满意。本方法简便、快速适合配合生产分析。

【Abstract】 This paper studies on the determination of Co in SmCo alloy and SmCo magnetic waste.The sample was dissolved in dilute hydrochloric acid and dilute nitric acid,then perchloric acid fume was used as well.The co-existed rare earth elements like Sm and Gd was removed with ammonia water to eliminate their interference.Thiourea and acetylacetone were also used to shield other possible impurity elements.PH of the solution was adjusted to 5.5 and certain EDTA standard solution was added.Then,the excessive EDTA standard solution was back titrated by zinc standard solution with xylenol orange as indicator.Thus,the difficulty in observing the end point of titration is conquered.Measuring range of Co content was from 35%to75%.The testing results are satisfied in comparison with that obtained by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.Such an easy and rapid detecting method proposed by this paper is well for production analysis.
