ICP-MS法测定La-Mg合金中稀土杂质量
Determination of rare earth impurities in La-Mg Alloy by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

【摘要】 选择了仪器的最佳工作条件,选择了测定质量数,并实验了测定酸度,而且进行了基体效应实验,考察了以Rh、In、Cs和Tl为内标元素对仪器信号漂移和基体抑制效应的校正效果,方法检测下限介于0.0069ng/mL-0.30ng/mL。回收率(n=20)为98%-102%。实际样品测定RSD在1.7$~7.8%之间,测定范围为:0.0010~0.10%。
【Abstract】 Select the best working conditions of the instrument,determined the quality mass,and the experimental of determinant acidity,and the matrix effect was tested.Investigated with Rh,In,Cs and T1 as the internal standard element of the instrument drift and matrix effect correction,and selected the best internal standard calibration,the experimental results select the best correction for the internal standard Cs.The detection limit of each element 0.0069 ng/mL ~ 0.30 ng/mL.Recoveries(n = 20) was 98~102%;RSDs for the determination of actual samples were between 1.7 ~ 7.8%(n = 20).Measuring range:0.0010%~ 0.10%
