ICP-AES法测定钯钌合金中的钌
Determination of Ruthenium in Palladium-Ruthenium Alloy by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

【摘要】 研究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钯钌合金中的钌。试验采用加压消解法溶解钯钌合金样品,讨论了酸度、分析谱线以及基体钯对钌测定的影响。在选定的仪器工作条件下,对钌含量为5%的钯钌合金样品进行测定,相对标准偏差(n=9)均小于2.03%,加标回收率在96.2%~98.0%之间。方法简便、快速,具有较高的精密度和准确度。
【Abstract】 Determination of ruthenium in palladium-ruthenium alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Sample was digested under pressure;the influence of different acid volume,analysis line and coexisting palladium on the absorption of ruthenium was discussed.The proposed method was applied to the determination of ruthenium content in PdRu5; RSD was below 2.03%(n=9);recoveries were in the range of 96.2%~98.0%.The method is simple, fast,high precision and accuracy.
