【摘要】 废弃电脑PCB中含贵金属金,具有较高回收价值。采用硫脲提金法,浸出废弃PCB中金,探索了硫脲浸金的最佳工艺条件,研究结果表明:浸出系统液固比为5:1,磁力搅拌条件下,浸出温度为35℃,硫脲浓度为12 g/L,铁离子质量分数为0.3%,pH值为1.5,浸出时间为1 h,此工艺条件下金的浸出率能达到93%左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 The waste computer printed circuit boards contain a rich resource of recoverable metal gold.In this study,thiourea was used to leach gold from waste computer printed circuit boards,and its optimum process parameters were investigated. The result showed that the gold could be leached to 93%under the following conditions:liquid-solid ratio 5:1 in dissolution system under magnetic stirring,leaching temperature 35℃, thiourea concentration 12 g/L,pH 1.5 in leaching solution,and continuous leaching for 1 h.更多还原
