201×7树脂吸附氰化废水中的重金属离子锌铜的研究

【摘要】 针对氰化废水中含有的重金属离子锌与铜含量过高,探讨了用201×7树脂吸附回收技术。考察了树脂类型、201×7树脂用量、吸附时间、吸附温度、贫液初始pH值等对吸附的影响。确定了最佳适宜吸附条件:在常温下、液固比为30,吸附时间60 min,贫液原始pH值的条件下用强碱性201×7树脂吸附。结果表明201×7树脂对锌的吸附率达到97.99%,铜的吸附率达到95.08%。动力学研究表明,该吸附过程符合Body液膜扩散方程,是以液膜扩散为主要控制步骤的锌的吸附速率常数为0.08133/s;铜的吸附速率常数为0.06637/s。
【Abstract】 The adsorption performance of 201×7 strongly basic anion exchange resin for zinc and copper which in cyanide effluents were studied,and the influences of resin type,resin amount,time,temperature and initial pH were examined.The optimum conditions for zinc and copper adsorption were determined at room temperature,L/S=30,pH value was 12 with 201×7 resin for 60 min.The results showed that the adsorption rate of zinc could reach 97.99%while the copper could reach 95.05%.The kinetic research indicated that the adsorption process according with Body liquid membrane diffusion equation and adsorption rate constant of zinc was 0.08133/s while copper was 0.06637/s.
