氟化钙存在下异极矿的真空碳热还原
Vacuum Carbothermic Reduction of Hemimorphite in the Presence of Calcium Fluoride

【摘要】 通过异极矿真空碳热还原试验,研究了添加氟化钙和未加氟化钙对碳还原异极矿锌产率的影响。结果显示在添加氟化钙后,锌的产率大大提高;氟化钙能催化硅酸锌的碳热还原;温度越低,催化效果越好;氟化钙的添加量越多,催化效果越明显;C/Zn总的摩尔比增大或提高反应温度,锌的还原率增大;系统压强升高,锌的还原率降低。氟化钙催化真空碳热还原异极矿的较佳工艺条件是:氟化钙的添加量约为10%(质量分数),还原蒸馏温度1373 K,C/Zn总的物质的量比为2.5,系统压强低于20 kPa,反应时间约40 min。在较佳工艺条件下,异极矿中约94%的锌被还原蒸馏出来。
【Abstract】 Effects on Zn yield were studied by the vacuum car-bothermic reduction of hemimorphite adding calcium fluoride or not.They were found that Zn yield could be enhanced when calcium fluoride was added.Furthermore,calcium fluoride could catalyze the carbothermic reduction of zinc silicate.The lower the reaction temperature or the more the amount of calcium fluoride,the better catalytic effect.The larger the molar ratio of C/Zntotal or the higher the reaction temperature,the higher Zn yield.But the higher pressure of system,the lower Zn yield. The optimal process condition was obtained as follows:the addition of about 10%calcium fluoride,the reaction temperature at 1373 K,the molar ratio of C/Zn(Total 2.5,the pressure of system lower than 20 kPa,the reaction time about 40 min.At the optimal process condition,the zinc yield was about 94%from hemimorphite in mass fraction.
