转炉钢渣掺量对陶粒膨胀性、密度和强度的影响

【摘要】 以转炉钢渣和粉煤灰为主要原料,采用烧结法制备陶粒。研究了钢渣用量对陶粒性能的影响。探讨了陶粒的膨胀机理,并对陶粒的结构进行了表征,分析了钢渣掺量对陶粒膨胀性能、密度和强度的影响。研究结果表明,随钢渣的掺入量增加,可有效降低陶粒的烧结温度,但过多的钢渣掺入限制了陶粒的膨胀,缩小陶粒的烧结范围;在相同膨胀范围内,随钢渣加入量增大,陶粒密度显著增加;在相同的配方下,随烧结温度增加,陶粒的强度呈下降趋势。综合考虑,确定了陶粒的配方为:粉煤灰75%、钢渣10%、粘土10%和碳粉5%。

【Abstract】 Stell slag and fly ash were used as raw material to produce ceramsite by the sinter method.The effects of steel slag and fly ash mixing amount on ceramsite performance were studied. Expansion mechanism was discussed and the ceramsite was characterized,the effects of different formulas on sintering and expansion property and performance of ceramsite,the density and the strength were analyzed synthdetically.The result showed that with the increase of steel slag,the sintering temperature was decreased.However,excessive steel slag restricted the expansion and reduced the sintering range of cerimisite.In the expansion of the same range,with the increased amount of steel slag injoining,the density of ceramsite increased greatly.In the same formula,with the increased sintering temperature,the strength of the ceramsite dorped.By comprehensive consideration, the optimum formation of the ceramisite were fly ash 75wt.%,steel slag 10wt.%,clay 10wt.%,and carbon powder for 5wt.%,respectively.
