高铁弹条钢氧化物夹杂形成的热力学分析

【摘要】 弹条钢中存在的脆性和不变形非金属夹杂物是导致弹条钢失效的重要原因,所以必须对弹条钢中的非金属夹杂物的形态进行控制,使其变成塑性夹杂物。为了控制该弹条钢中析出的氧化物夹杂的成分和形态,通过钢液-夹杂物之间建立的化学反应平衡,分别计算了1873,1823 K时钢中[O]、脱氧元素[Ca],[Al]的含量与析出的氧化夹杂物组成成分之间的关系,得到了温度分别在1873,1823 K下钢液中析出具有良好塑性变形能力的、位于CaO-SiO2-Al2O3三元系低熔点区域1,2中的夹杂物时所需要的钙、铝的含量范围。
【Abstract】 Brittle inclusions and point-like inclusions are the important reasons of fatigue fracture for spring steel.Therefore, it is essential to control the inclusions composition to be in the plastic areas.In order to control the composition and morphology of oxide inclusions in spring steel used in high-speed railway, the thermodynamics equilibrium was established among molten steel and oxide inclusion.The relationship between in- clusion composition and trace of oxygen and easily oxidizable elements(Al、Ca) presented in molten spring steel at 1873 and 1823 K were calculated.And the content ranges of Aluminum and Calcium were pointed out when the composition of oxide inclusions was controlled in the first and second area of low melting point of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3.
