ICP-MS法测定白云鄂博选冶尾矿中钪量
Determination of Sc in metallurgical tails of Baiyun e’bo by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定包钢含铌尾矿中钪的分析方法。选用Cs、Rh、Tl、Rb混合内标来测定,确定最佳分析内标,引入内标元素,有效补偿了基体元素对待测元素的抑制效应,抑制了分析信号的漂移。用该方法测定标准样品,钪的测试结果与给定值一致。方法回收率为97%~115%,相对标准偏差为0.6%,方法测定下限为0.5ng/mL。
【Abstract】 A method was established for the determination of Sc in tails containing Nb ofBaotou Iron and Steel Co.by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS).Theinstrument operating parameters were optimized.Mixed internal standard elements Cs、Rh、Tl and Rb was used in determination to select the best one. The signal suppression causedby matrix elements and the analytical signal drift could be compensated by adding internalelement.The method has been used for the determination of Sc in reference materials.The results were in good agreement with the certified value.The recovry is 97%~115%and theprecision is 0.6%.The detection limits is 0.5ng/mL.
