电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定镝铁合金中非稀土杂质
Investigation on the determination of the non-rare earth impurities in Dy-Fe alloy by the Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric

【摘要】 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定镝铁合金中非稀土杂质。采用基体匹配法及氟化分离法消除干扰。测定范围为Al,si:0.020%~0.10%;Ca.,Mg,Ni:0.0050%~0.050%;Mo,W:0.030%~0.20%。对11个平行样品进行测定,得到相对标准偏差为0.75%~4.95%,加标回收率为97.5%~104%。本方法可用于镝铁合金中非稀土杂质的测定。
【Abstract】 The non-rare earth impurities in Dy-Fe alloy was determined by using Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Matrix match method and fluorination separate method were used to eliminate interference of Dy-Fe matrix.Determining range of Al、Si was:0.020~0.10%;Ca,Mg,Ni: 0.0050~0.050%;Mo,W:0.030~0.20%.The each sample was tested 11 times,the obtained relative standard deviation = 0.75~4.95%and the recoveries = 97.5~104%.This method could be used for determination of the non-rare earth impurities in Dy-Fe alloy.
