Dy3+掺杂GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI玻璃中红外发光性能研究

【摘要】 本文一方面研究了0.05mol%Dy3+掺杂的GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI硫卤玻璃的中红外发光特性。结果表明CsI引入到GeS2-Ga2S3硫系玻璃中有效降低了体系的析晶能力,所有多重态的吸收截面均不同程度减小,峰位产生蓝移;荧光寿命测试表明,随着CsI的引入,基质玻璃的离子键性增强且折射率下降,从而导致辐射跃迁速率下降。Dy3+掺杂GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI硫卤玻璃在2.7μm(6H13/2→6H15/2)附近产生形状为多个峰组合成的较宽的发射带。另一方面依据Dy3+掺杂的GeS2-Ga2S3(CsI)玻璃的吸收截面作了Judd-Ofelt理论相关参数的计算,发现离子键性CsI的引入使得稀土离子周围配位环境的共价性减弱,离子性增强,导致Dy3+掺杂下GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI玻璃的多重态振子强度较GeS2-Ga2S3玻璃的要小。GeS2-Ga2S3玻璃中加入CsI后,多声子驰豫率(MPR)随之降低,中红外荧光发光的量子效率则随之提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the luminescence of 0.05mol%Dy3+-doped GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI was investigated.The result showed that the ability of crystallization decreased with the addition of CsI to GeS2-Ga2S3 chalcogenide glasses,the intensities of absorption cross section of all multiplets also decreased with a blue-shift.And the luminescent lifetime demonstrated that the ionicity and refraction index of the based glass decreased,which reduced the radiative transition rate.The emission spectra shape of Dy3+-doped GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI chalcohalide glasses were wide emission band combined by several peaks rounding 2.7μm(6H13/2→6H15/2).Bysides,the parameters of Judd-Ofelt theory for the absorption cross section of Dy3+-doped GeS2-Ga2S3(CsI) glass were calculated.And the results showed that the reduction of covalent bond strength and the inhancement of ionic bond strength around the rare-earth ion after CsI’s addition to the glasses made the oscillator strengths of the excited manifolds smaller in Dy3+-doped GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI glasses than those in Dy3+-doped GeS2-Ga2S3 glasses.The addition of CsI resulted in the reduction of the multiphonon relaxation rate(MPR) as well as the enhancement in quantum efficiencies of the mid-infrared fluorescence.
