Eu3+掺杂的Ca2Sr(PO42的制备及其在发光二极管中的应用

【摘要】 本文采用高温固相法制备了一系列Eu3+激活的Ca2Sr(PO42系列红色荧光粉,利用X-射线粉末衍射对其物相结构进行了表征,并通过荧光光谱等详细研究了荧光粉的发光性质,找出了其最佳发光浓度,最后选取发光效果最好的Ca2Sr0.7(PO42:0.3Eu3+荧光粉样品与InGaN(~395 nm)芯片结合制备了相应的LED器件。结果表明:该系列荧光粉,在一定掺杂浓度范围内,为单一纯相;在394 nm光激发下,其发射峰位于616 nm,可用于近紫外激发的白光LED的制备。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a series of Ca2Sr(PO4)2-based phosphors activated by Eu3+ were prepared by traditional solid state reactions.Their structures were characterized by XRD and their photo-luminescent properties were investigated.XRD analysis showed that the synthesized products were all pure-phase in a Eu3+-doped range of 5% 45%.Under excitation of 394 nm-light,the phosphor exhibited strong red-emission peaking at 616 nm.An LED was fabricated with the red phosphor coated onto an 395 nm-emitting InGaN chip.All the results indicate that Ca2Sr(PO42:Eu3+ is a promising candidate as ultraviolet light excitable red phosphor for applications in white LEDs.
