Ba2+共掺杂2SrO·0.84P2O5·0.16B2O3:Eu2+的制备及其发光特性研究

【摘要】 高显色节能灯由于色彩表现与还原能力较强,具有光效、光色、显色性、寿命的统一优点而日益受到关注。而发光材料作为高显色节能灯的关键性原材料之一,对于高显色节能灯的发展起决定性作用。本文选择已证明具有发射谱带宽、发光效率优良、潜在应用领域广的2SrO·0.84P2O5·0.16B2O3:Eu2+开展Ba2+共掺杂研究:采用高温固相法合成了Ba2+共掺杂的系列样品,用亮度仪、激发光谱分析仪、发射光谱分析系统仪、扫描电镜等手段对荧光粉进行了表征,研究Ba2+掺杂量对荧光粉发光特性、粒子性状影响。研究结果表明,随着Ba2+掺杂量的增加,基质材料的晶格参数发生了相应变化:荧光粉发射光谱的半峰宽随之变宽,材料颗粒形貌趋于球形;当Ba2+掺杂量达到.x=0.16时,荧光粉的亮度最高,较未共掺杂样品高3%,其原因可能为颗粒形貌逐渐球化减少了激发光在颗粒表面的漫反射。对于高显色性荧光粉来说,当发射主峰不再变化时,半峰宽越宽,该粉与其他荧光粉混合后的发射光谱越接近于全光谱,混合荧光粉制灯后的显色指数就会越高。
【Abstract】 High-color rendering(HCR) energy-saving lamps attract more and more attention because of their high color-rendering index,long lifetime and high luminescence efficiency.The commercilisation of HCR energy-saving lamps are highly subject to the development of luminescence materials. 2SrO·0.84P2O5·0.16B2O3:Eu2+ has been proved to be a potential component phosphor for high-color rendering energy-saving lamps.In this paper,the phosphor co-doped with Ba2+ were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction method,and the effects of Ba2+ content or.the crystallization,luminesccnt and spectral properties were characterized by SEM,photoluminescence,emission spectra analyzer and exciting spectra analyzer.The results show that:crystallization of phosphor is improved obviously,and luminescent performance is increased with the co-doping of Ba2+;the optimum brightness is achieved at x=0.16;and the half-peak width of the excitation spectra of the phosphor is broadened.This modified phosphor is more suitable for HCR energy-saving lamps.
