YBO3及YBO3:Eu3+纳米/微米晶的离子液体辅助水热合成、生长机理及发光性质

【摘要】 采用离子液体辅助水热法制备了不同形貌的YBO3磷光体,例如蜂窝状微球、轮胎状、花片状等。利用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜及光致发光等手段对制备的产物进行了表征。研究发现体系pH值及离子液体等反应条件对最终产物的形貌控制起着至关重要的作用。轮胎装状微球的可能生长机理为块状结构的组装演变及Ostwald熟化过程。与YBO3:Eu3+体材料相比,在轮胎状微球样品的光谱中观察到了电荷迁移带中心波长的红移及线形改变,发现了两类处于不同微观环境的Eu3+离子,即内部和表面的Eu3+离子。当激发对称性较低的表面Eu3+离子时,5D0→7F2发射相对增强。最后,利用荧光衰减及J-O理论分析了在轮胎状微球和体材料两种样品中的Eu3+离子光学跃迁参数和量子效率。
【Abstract】 Three dimensional(3D)architectures YBO3 phosphors with different morphologies,such as alveolate microsphere,tyre-like,flake-like et al,were’ prepared via ionic liquid assisted hydrothermal process.The as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and photoluminescence(PL).The reaction conditions,such as reaction system pH values and ionic liquid,play an important role on the morphology of the final products.Self-assembly evolution of microblocks and Ostwald ripening process were proposed for the possible formation mechanism of the tyre-like YBO3 microspheres.Comparing with the corresponding bulk,the tyre-like YBO3:5mol%Eu3+microspheres demonstrated a red shift of the charge transfer band(CTB)and a change in spectral profile.Two kinds of Eu3+in different micro-environments in the tyre-like sample,namely interior and outside Eu3+,were found.As the Eu3+ ions at outside are selectively excited,the red emission of 5D0→7F2 of Eu3+is enhanced relatively to the orange emission of 5D0→7F1,thus exhibiting superior color chromaticity in red for display application.Finally,fluorescent dynamic theory and Judd-Ofelt(J-O)method were utilized for the analysis of optical transition parameters and quantum efficiency of Eu3+in iyre-like and bulk YBO3:Eu3+phosphors.
