【摘要】 白光LED因其低能耗、无污染、长寿命等优点,被看作第四代照明光源,有显著节能效果,应用广阔。控制白光TOP LED的色度分布,是白光TOPLED封装的核心技术,文章针对影响白光TOP LED色度分布的若干因素进行了全面的分析,重点从材料、工艺和设备方面介绍了对色度分布产生的影响,最后总结了影响白光TOP LED色度分布的关键因素,并提出相应改善方法从而很好的指导白光TOP LED封装。更多还原

【Abstract】 White LED for its low energy consumption,no pollution,long life etc, is seen as the fourth generation lighting source.It has significant energy saving, and widely been used.While control the color distribution of white TOP LED,is the core technology of white TOP LED package.In this article,firstly point out a number of factors that affect the distribution of white TOP LED color.Then comprehensively analysis impacts of Chromaticity distribution focus on materials,technology and equipment.Finally,Summary the impact of the distribution of white TOP LED color key factor,and propose improvements to the guidance of a good white light TOP LED package.更多还原
