【摘要】 <正>Background:Acrosome formation and nuclear shaping are the main events of spermatogenesis.During the spermiogenesis of the caridean shrimp Exopalaemon modestus,a unique microtubular structure acroframosome(AFS) was formed in the spermatids,which linked the temporary organelle lamellar complex(LCx) together,finally an everted-umbrella-like acrosome was formed.The mature sperm of E.modestus contains an everted-embrella-like acrosome and a dish-like nucleus.The special
