【摘要】 本文应用SAS8.1软件的最小二乘方差分析对影响南疆绒山羊早期生长性状的非遗传因素进行分析。结果表明:母羊年龄、出生年份、出生月份、出生类型和性别对南疆绒山羊初生重、平均日增重有极显著影响(P<0.01);母羊年龄、出生年份、出生月份和性别对断乳重有极显著影响(P<0.01),出生类型对断乳重无显著影响(P>0.05)。在估计南疆绒山羊遗传参数和育种值时,这些影响早期生长性状的非遗传因素可以作为固定效应放到模型中,最终为南疆绒山羊的早期选种奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The artical analysed the non-genetic factors influencing early growth traits of the Nanjiang Cashmere Goats by SAS8.1 programe were using the least-squares analysis.The results showed that the extremely significant influences of age of dam,birth year,birth month,birth type and gender on birth weight and average daily gain were found(p<0.01).The extremely significant influences of age of dam,birth year,birth month,and gender on wean weight were found(p<0.01),and birth type had no influence on wean weight(p>0.05).These results indicated that the non-genetic factors influence on early growth traits can be used as fixed effects in models when predicting genetic parameters and estimating breeding value of Nanjiang Cashmere Goats,and ultimately lay the foundation for early selection.更多还原
