【摘要】 为探讨B超仪在肉牛活体肌间脂肪(IMF)测定中的应用价值,本文选用32头成年夏南牛为研究对象,探讨B超仪应用于活体肉牛测定IMF的技术要点,并分析了其测定结果与宰后实测值的关系。结果表明:B超活体测定IMF在第12~13肋间(T12-T13)的测定值与宰后实测值相关性(R~2=0.86)比在第13肋与第1腰椎间(T13-L1)的相关性(R~2=0.82)高,故MF活体测定部位宜选定在T12-T13;B超在T12-T13活体IMF测定值与屠宰后实测值差异极显著(P<0.01),且存在高度相关(R~2=0.86),并建立了B超活体测定IMF的二元线性回归方程。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the value of intramuscular fat(IMF) on living body of beef cattle with veterinary B-mode ultrasound machine,32 adult Xianan catties had been chosen to study the techniques of Measuring IMF on Living cattle and analysis the relationship between living measurements of intramuscular fat prediction by ultrasound and carcass loin intramuscular fat.Results showed that T12-13 was the best position to test IMF content,for the correlation of IMF content on the position of T12-13(R2=0.86) was more higher than that on the position of T13-L1(R2=0.82).On the position of T12-13,there were greatly significant differences between the measurements of USIMF and CIMF.(P<0.01),the correlations were greatly significant(R~2=0.86) and developed the regression equation.更多还原
