【摘要】 腹腔镜手术与传统手术相比具有微创、视野清晰、出血量少、术后疼痛小和术后恢复快等优点。(目的)本课题旨在研究腹腔镜猪回肠瘘管手术对炎性反应的影响,并和开腹回肠瘘管手术进行对比,为腹腔镜手术的发展提供科学理论依据。(方法)术后通过测定白细胞和白细胞介素-6的水平,(结果)表明腹腔镜猪回肠瘘管手术引起的机体炎性反应程度比开腹手术要轻,(结论)这种对机体的影响是一过性的,有利于手术后机体的更快恢复,同时有利于提高营养学研究的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with traditional surgery,laparoscopic surgery had many advantages,such as minimally invasive,excellent visualization,less bleeding,less pain and faster recovery.(Objective) This experiment was conducted to study the inflammation response of laparoscopic ileum cannulation,and compared with the traditional open.(Method) WBC and IL-6 values were used in the experiment for monitoring systemic inflammation,(Result) and they were statistically significant lower in the laparoscopic group than in open group.(Conclusion) It manifested tissue inflammation associated with the laparoscopic ileum cannulation technique was short-lived,it led to rapid recovery and accuracy results of animal nutrition study.更多还原
