杭州地区犬血压生理性分析

【摘要】 近年来杭州地区宠物业发展迅速,随之,宠物疾病逐渐增多,这意味着对宠物疾病的诊治也需更加精细。然而作为动物重要生理指标之一的动物血压在宠物临床诊治中的相关应用极少。本实验以增强动物血压在宠物临床上的应用为目的,采用宠物专用电子无创血压计PETS-BP101对杭州地区宠物犬进行血压测量,用统计软件SAS 9.1对所收集的犬血压值在广义线性模型下进行析因分析,探讨犬血压在年龄、体型及性别三个层面上是否有显著差异。最终的结论为犬年龄及体型对犬血压有显著影响,并获得相应的参考范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 More and more people get pets today in Hangzhang,but pets are easier to get illness.As a result,we need to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment for pets.The blood pressure which is one of the important animal physiology indexes is rarely used in the clinic.The aim of my experiment is to highlight the use of blood pressure in the pet clinic.First,with the help of unwounded electronic instrument PETS-BP101 I got dog-blood-pressure samples.Then treated them by SAS(Statistics Analysis System)9.1 to do the factorial analysis in the GLM(Geranial Linear Model)to find out whether the ages,sizes,and gender of dogs influence the blood pressure significantly.My conclusion is the ages and sizes of dogs have significant effect on the blood pressure of dogs,and obtain the reference range.更多还原
