【摘要】 本研究主要以苏禽青壳蛋鸡为试验素材,采用笼养和平养两种饲养方式,测定不同产蛋阶段常规蛋品质、营养成分和矿物元素,比较不同饲养方式对鸡蛋品质的影响,结果如下:蛋黄比率、蛋黄蛋白比均为平养大于笼养,其中蛋黄比率平养条件下极显著高于笼养(P<0.01);V_A含量平养条件下高于笼养,差异显著(P<0.05);胆固醇含量平养条件下极显著高于笼养(P<0.01);锰含量平养条件下极显著低于笼养(P<0.01);钙含量平养条件下显著高于笼养(P<0.05);磷含量平养条件下极显著高于笼养(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,in order to study the effect of Raising Manner on the egg quality of Suqin blue-eggshell chicken,they were reared at flat and cage.The results were as follows:yolk percentages flat pension was higher than reared in cages(P<0.01).The V_A content of flat pension was higher than reared in cages at the medium and latter production periods(P<0.05).Cholesterol content of reared at flat pension was higher than reared in cages(P<0.01).The Mn content of flat feeding was lower than reared in cages(P<0.01);The Ca and P content of reared at flat pension was higher than reared in cages,the difference was significant(P<0.05)and terrible significant(P<0.01).更多还原
