维生素D3对泰和丝毛乌鸡β-defensin 1基因在不同组织中表达量的影响

【摘要】 用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测饲喂不同维生素D3剂量的丝毛乌鸡胸腺、十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠和法氏囊中β-defensins 1(AvBD-1)的表达水平。结果表明,AvBD-1基因在6个组织中都有表达,其高表达水平分别在饲喂1 600 IU VD3时的盲肠、法氏囊、空肠和胸腺,分别为饲喂800 IU VD3时的67.239倍、18.302倍、7.367倍和6.745倍。结果提示,AvBD-1基因在同一组织的表达水平跟VD3饲喂水平存在剂量关系,在饲喂1 600 IU时,能大幅提高AvBD-1基因在组织中的表达量。
【Abstract】 To study Taihe silky fowlβ-defensin 1(AvBD-l)gene expression level of different tissues under feeding different doses of vitamin D3.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method was used to analyze the expression of AvBD-1 in thymus,duodenum,jejunum,ileum,bursa of Fabricius(BF) and cecum of Taihe silky fowl under fed different doses vitamin D3.The results showed that AvBD-1 gene expression were found in six tissues;the high levels of gene expression was in cecum,BF,jejunum and thymus at the time of feeding 1600 IU VD3,showed by 67.239,18.302,7.367 and 6.745 times,respectively,compared with the fed 800 IU VD3;the gene expression levels of AvBD-1 in same organizations related with the VD3 fed dose,and the dose of feeding 1 600 IU VD3 could greatly enhance the expression of AvBD-1 gene in tissues
