【摘要】 本文旨在研究法国嘉乐珍珠鸡体尺指标、屠宰性能与产肉能力,为珍珠鸡选种、人工饲养与产品消费提供参考。选取10月龄法国嘉乐珍珠鸡公母各15只,分别测定各项屠宰性能与体尺指标。结果表明,公珠鸡平均体重2 029.2 g,屠宰率92.23%,半净膛率84.56%、全净膛率77.43%、胸肌率15.50%、腿肌率18.35%、翅膀率9.31%;母珠鸡平均体重2 383.3 g,屠宰率93.54%,半净膛率80.23%、全净膛率72.32%、胸肌率17.24%、腿肌率17.06%、翅膀率8.87%,公珠鸡胸肌率显著低于母珠鸡(P<0.05),而半净膛率、全净膛率公珠鸡极显著高于母珠鸡(P<0.01)。公珠鸡除胸骨长低于母珠鸡外,其他各项体尺指标均高于母珍珠鸡。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to determinate guinea fowl pheasants body size,slaughter performance and meat production ability, 30 guinea fowls(10 months age) were involved in this study,male and female half and half.The results showed that the male guinea fowl dressing percentage was 92.23%,semi-eviscerated percentage was 84.56%,eviscerated percentage was 77.43%,breast muscle percentage was 15.66%,leg muscle percentage was 18.34%,wings percentage was 9.31%; The above indexes of female guinea fowl were 93.54%,80.23%,72.32%,17.24%,17.05%and 8.87%,respectively.Male guinea fowl in the eviscerated percentage was significantly lower than female guinea fowl(P<0.01),and breast muscle percentage was lower than female guinea fowl(P<0.05).Body size index of male guinea fowl were higher than those of female guinea fowl expect keel bone length.更多还原
