【摘要】 作为现代系统遗传学的一个新兴的多学科交叉的分支学科,近年来表现遗传学的兴起与快速发展已成为生命科学研究的重要前沿和新的增长点。表现遗传学的研究无论在进一步加深人们对人类、动植物重大疾病产生机理的科学认知、探索防治对策与途径方面,还是在动植物重要经济性状表型形成及其可遗传调控机制的科学认知、遗传资源改良利用、配套生产技术创新与集成应用方面都展示出了良好的前景。本文主要就表现遗传学的学科內涵阐释、表现遗传已知主要机制、动物表现遗传研究等方面的研究现状、问题作一简单评述,并依据自己的认知理解对表观遗传研究在未来家禽业发展中的应用前景进行了展望,旨在抛砖引玉地来推动我国未来家禽表观遗传学的研究与应用工作,以期家禽业的可持续发展能够在我国未来社会经济的发展、全体国民生理健康与智力素质发育的改善等方面做出更大的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the multidisciplinary-crossing branch of modern systematic genetics,researches in epigentics grows very fast,and is increasingly becoming a new and important field of investigation in life science in recent years. Here,based on previous research results which had been done by elder generations,this article briefly reviewed that how to understand the scientific connotations,known or possible mechanism of epigenetic modulation,animal epigenetic research situation and relative problems under not resolved.Finally,author puts forward to application prospects of epigenetic researches in poultry industry in future according to own insight into domestic animal or fowl epigenetics.更多还原
