日粮中添加复合微生态制剂对蛋种鸡生产性能的影响

【摘要】 (目的)研究日粮中添加复合微生态制剂对蛋种鸡生产性能的影响。(方法)试验选用1日龄海兰褐蛋种鸡320只,随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每重复20只。分别在基础日粮上添加0、50、100、200 g/吨的复合微生态制剂。(结果)结果表明:(1)添加复合微生态制剂试验组蛋种鸡的平均日采食量都低于对照组,其中试验2、3组在0~3周龄时达到显著水平(P<0.05);试验2组蛋种鸡的平均日增重在11-16周龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0~3周龄和4~6周龄时,试验2、3组蛋种鸡的料肉比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)试验3组平均跖长日增长在4~6周龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(结论)结果提示,日粮中添加复合微生态制剂能够显著提高蛋种鸡日增重及跖长日增长,降低料肉比,其中以添加100 g/吨的添加量为综合效果最佳。

【Abstract】 (Objective)This study was designed to investigate effects of Supplementation of composite probiotics on production performance of Layer Breeders. (Method) A flocks of 320、1-day-old Hy-Line brown parents were randomly divided into four groups,each group was assigned 4 replications and 20 layers per replication. Groups in the basal diet were added 0,50,100, 200 g/tons of composite probiotics. (Result)The results showed that:(1) Adding compound probiotics group Layer Breeder average daily feed intake is lower than the control group, which the 2,3 test groups at 0~3 weeks of age, reached a significant level (P<0.05); at 11~16 weeks of age, the 2 test group average daily gain was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);at 0~3 and 4~6 weeks of age, the2 , 3 test group feed conversion ratio were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).(2) at 4~6 weeks of age ,compared with the control group,the 3test group reach to a significant level (P<0.05).(Conclusion) The results suggest that dietary supplementation of compound probiotics can significantly improved ADG and the average length of toe, lower feed conversion ratio, which adding 100g/t of the compound probiotics is optimal dosage in this experiment.
