重复热应激致公兔性腺氧化损伤的研究

【摘要】 为探讨热应激对雄性兔性腺的氧化损伤机制,以110日龄、体重相近的雄性新西兰兔为研究对象,每天在固定时间分别以31℃-34℃和38℃-40℃进行热应激,分别在热应激后15d、30d、45d及60d处死取样,检测性腺组织内总抗氧化酶(T-AOC)活性、丙二醛(MDA)及蛋白质羰基含量。结果显示,随温度升高,睾丸和附睾组织内MDA含量增加,T-AOC酶活性降低,蛋白质羰基含量呈上升趋势,表现出明显的温度-时间效应。表明高热可改变兔睾丸和附睾正常的生理机能,使自由基在组织内累积,引起蛋白质氧化损伤,进而降低繁殖机能。

【Abstract】 To determine the effect of heat stress on oxidative damage in male rabbits gonad,110 days New Zealand rabbits with the similar weight were used in this study.These rabbits were suffered heat stress at 31℃-34℃and 38℃-40℃every day in fixed time,the samples were taken after the heat stress at 15d,30d,45d and 60d respectively,then the malondialdehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and protein oxidative status in testis and epididymis were determined.The results indicated that with temperature increment,the MDA content of testis and epididymis increased,the T-AOC activity decreased and the protein carbonyl content had the rising trend,and displays significant temperature-time effects.This research indicated that the heat stress may change the rabbit testicle and the epididymis normal physiology function,makes the free radical accumulate in the organization,causes the protein oxidation damage,reduces the reproduction function
