复方中药超威粉拌饲对哺乳母猪免疫的影响

【摘要】 试验通过在母猪饲料中加拌不同比例复方中药超威粉一段时间,在不同时间点测定免疫指标,以此对该复方的临床运用效果进行评估。旨在探索能提高哺乳期母猪生产性能、免疫功能、且安全可靠的复方中药超威粉制剂。试验期间,将30头健康临产母猪(大白×长白)随机均分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组。Ⅰ为对照组;Ⅱ、Ⅲ为试验组,分别在饲料中加拌中药至0.75%和1.5%比例。结果表明,两试验组母猪生产性能和免疫功能得到提高。其中,红细胞C3b受体花环率得到了显着提升(p<0.05);CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显着提高(p<0.05);血清部分免疫球蛋白和细胞因子含量均得到提高(p<0.05)。可见,在哺乳期母猪饲料中加拌该复方中药超威粉不仅安全可靠,而且有助于母猪的免疫功能的提高。

【Abstract】 This study was designed to determine the immunological regulation of sows as consequences of Chinese herbal ultra-fine powder(CHUP)additive in the last 3 days of gestation and during lactation period.In this experiment,30 pregnant sows were randomly assigned to three treatments,representing additive with 0% (groupⅠ),0.75%(groupⅡ)or 1.5%(groupⅢ)of the CHUP to maize- and soybean meal-based diets,when blood samples from per group were collected on days 10,17 and 24.Then indices of erythrocytic immunologic function, T lymphocyte subset,serum levels of antibodies and cytokines were measured.Results indicated that Compare with groupⅠ,lactation sows’ E-C3bRR rates of groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly increased(p<0.05), the E-ICRR rate were decreased.The CHUP can help us to enhance(p<0.05)lactation sows’ immunoglobulin and cytokines.This research showed that additived with the CHUP to sows’ daily diets had the function of enhancing immune system of lactation sows.
