饮水添加不同水平硼对大鼠肾上腺的影响
Effect of Different Level of Boron Supplemented in Drinking Boron on Adrenal Gland in Rats

【摘要】 选用192只28±2 d实验用清洁级SD大鼠,分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、ⅡⅢ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,每组32只,雌雄各半,分别饮用添加硼0、40、80、160、320和640 mg/L的蒸馏水,试验期60 d。研究饮水添加不同水平硼对大鼠肾上腺的平均质量、器官指数及微细结构的影响。结果显示,试验第30 d各试验组雄鼠肾上腺平均质量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);试验第60 d试验V组雄鼠肾上腺器官指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组肾上腺髓质细胞内嗜铬颗粒增多;试验Ⅱ~V组肾上腺可见不同程度病理变化。结果表明,饮水添加硼40 mg/L对大鼠肾上腺组织结构有较明显改善作用;添加80~640 mg/L硼对肾上腺组织结构有不同程度损伤作用。
【Abstract】 192 Sprague-Dawley rats(28±2 day-old) with no bacteria infecting were divided into six groups (n=32,male=female) randomly.Treated rats drunk the distilled water which supplemented with 0,40,80, 160,320 and 640 mg/L boron,respectively,for 60 days.And the effects of drinking boron exposure on the mass,organ indexes and structure of adrenal gland were studied in the paper.The results are as follows Compared with control group,the average mass of adrenal gland of male rats in each experiment group decreased significantly at the 30th day of experiment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the index of adrenal gland of male rats in experiment group V at 60th day of experiment increased significantly(P<0.05).Under the microscope,the microstructure of adrenal gland in rats of experiment group I were better obviously than control group,and the numbers of chromaffin granules in chromaffin cell increased obviously;The histopathological changes of different degree could be observed in experimental group fromⅡtoⅤ.The results showed that drinking supplemented with 40 mg/L boron could prompt the structure of adrenal gland in rats,but could cause different degree damage when the concentration of boron supplementation in drinking from 80 to 640 mg/L.
