斑马肾上腺的组织学研究

【摘要】 为了探明斑马肾上腺的组织学结构,为深入研究斑马的生理学、病理学和保护濒危物种的生物多样性提供形态学依据。采用石蜡切片,HE和Masson染色技术,显微摄影及图像分析技术,研究斑马肾上腺的组织结构特点。结果显示斑马肾上腺具有以下特点:表面结缔组织被膜较厚,平均厚度大约230μm。被膜内有大量神经和血管分布。皮质约为髓质面积的5倍。皮质球状带厚度大约300μm,细胞排列成柱状、团块状;束状带厚度1750μm左右,约为球状带的6倍,细胞排列成条索状;网状带厚度250μm,细胞与髓质紧密相邻并与之形成参差不齐的锯齿状界限;网状带中含有大量交感神经节细胞。斑马肾上腺髓质染色比较深,面积大约4mm~2,髓质细胞比较大,胞质嗜碱性。髓质中发现成团的交感神经节细胞由网状带细胞包围;髓质中央静脉内壁局部发现有结缔组织,且其中含有嗜铬细胞。研究结果为斑马的生理学和病理学提供了可靠的形态学依据。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the histological structure of the zebra and to protect the endangered species diversity,the zebra adrenal histological structure were studied.3 zebra adrenals were studied by means of histological methods.The adrenal tissues were dissected into serial paraffin sections at thickness of 4μm. After HE and Masson staining,they were observed and photographed by a light microscope and Image-Pro Plus 6.0 System.The results show that the zebra adrenal capsule covered with thick connective tissue is about 230μm.A larger number of nerves and vessels distributed in the capsule.The area of cortex is about 5 times as medullae.Zona glomerulosa is about 300μm.The cells were arranged as column and ball.Zona fasciculate with the thickness of 1750μm is 6 times as zona glomerulosa.The cells were arranged in cord. Zona reticular with the thickness of 250μm was closely adjacent to medulla and form a jagged boundaries. The medulla with the area of 4mm~2 was deeply dyed.It was concluded that lots of sympathetic ganglion cells were found in zona reticular but some were found in the medulla arranged in groups around with zona reticular cells.Connective tissue with chromaffin cells were found in the medulla center vein.The results of the president study provide reliable evidences for morphology,physiology and pathology of the zebra.
