【摘要】 【目的】为了探明泰和乌鸡小肠的发育特征。【方法】取1-7周龄泰和乌鸡小肠,石蜡切片HE染色,明视野显微镜下观察、测量小肠发育的组织学变化,SPSSl7.0软件统计分析肠绒毛的高度、宽度、肌层厚度,肠腺深度、绒毛高度与肠腺深度比值。【结果】结果表明1-7w泰和乌鸡小肠绒毛高度、肌层厚度随日龄增加显著增加。1-5w乌鸡小肠腺深度随日龄增加而加深,在5w达到最大值后逐渐降低。十二指肠和回肠绒毛宽度和十二指肠和回肠肠绒毛高度/肠腺深度比值随日龄增加而增加,但是空肠绒毛宽度以及空肠的肠绒毛高度/肠腺深度比值在5w达到最大值后降低。【结论】第5w是泰和乌鸡小肠发育和形成其独特生理机能的关键时期,本研究为乌鸡的后续研究和合理化养殖需研究殖提供了可靠的发育学基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The small intestinal of the silkies(l-7w) was researched using the method of HE staining and morphological meansurement to analyze the developmental characteristics of small intestinal.The statistic analysis of the small intestinal Villus height,Villus width,thickness of the muscle,intestinal glands recess depth and V/C ratio were performed using SPSS 17.0 software.The results showed that:.The small intestinal villis height and the thickness of muscle were positive correlated with the day age.The depth of the small intestinal glands recess appeared to peak in 5 weeks of age and decreased rapidly with age between5 and 7 weeks.The width and V/C ratio of the duodenum and ileum villis were positive correlated with the day age,but those of jejunum villis appeared to peak in 5 weeks of age and decreased rapidly with age between5 and 7 weeks.These results indicated that the fifth week was important for the development of silkie small intestinal and physiological function.The research provided developmental basis for the further study and artificial culture and of silkies.更多还原
