【摘要】 采用超敏免疫组织化学SP法,对大鼠胚泡植入期卵巢组织内IFN-γ的表达进行了检测。结果表明,IFN-γ在不同发育阶段卵泡的颗粒细胞中均有表达,在原始卵泡、初级卵泡、次级卵泡和成熟卵泡的卵母细胞中中等表达,在原始卵泡、初级卵泡、次级卵泡的内膜细胞中IFN-γ高表达,在成熟卵泡的内膜细胞低表达;在卵巢组织基质细胞、血管内皮细胞、粒性黄体细胞、生殖上皮中高表达,在卵泡液中中等表达。结果提示,妊娠有机体生理剂量的IFN-γ通过影响卵巢功能参与了胚泡的植入,与妊娠的维持密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ultrasensitive immunohistochemistry SP method was used to investigat the expression of Interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in rat ovarian in implantation period.The results showed that IFN-γwas expressed in ovarian in implantation period.IFN-γwas medium expressed in oocytes of primordial follicles,primary follicles,secondary follicles,mature follicles,follicular fluid and highly expressed in endometrial cells of primordial follicles,primary follicles,secondary follicles,ovarian stromal cells,endothelial cells, granulocytes luteal cells,germinal epithelium.And there was small amount of expression of IFN-γin endometrial cells of mature follicles.It was suggexted that in blastocyst implantation period physiological dose of IFN-γcould effect ovarian function and blastocyst implantation,and palyed a important role in rat gestation.更多还原
