【摘要】 应用免疫组化方法检测缺乳仔鼠小肠内分泌型免疫球蛋白阳性反应物的数量及分布变化来研究添加不同剂量板蓝根多糖(RIP)对缺乳仔鼠肠道黏膜免疫细胞的影响。结果表明,RIP可以促进缺乳仔鼠肠道黏膜IgG、SIgA阳性淋巴细胞的分泌,RIP对各肠段黏膜IgG、SIgA阳性淋巴细胞数量影响效果最明显的剂量随日龄增加而减小。结论:RIP能够提高小肠黏膜IgG、SIgA阳性细胞的水平量,增强肠道黏膜表面的抵御能力,提高机体免疫力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the immunohistochemistry to detect the intestine IgA plasma cells and the positive changes in number and distribution of objects in the lacking milk renewal rats to study the effect of lacking milk renewal rats intestinal mucosal immune cells of adding different doses RIP.Results were as follows:RIP could increase the contents of IgA and IgG in peripheral blood of the lacking milk renewal rats,and the best doses of RIP were decreased by the days.This study indicated that certain dose RIP could significantly improve the intestinal IgG and SIgA-positive material per unit area volume,and enhance the resilience of the surface of intestinal mucosa,and improve immunity.更多还原
