烟酸对肥育前期肉牛增重的影响

【摘要】 研究烟酸对肥育前期肉牛增重的影响。试验选择体重400 kg左右西杂公牛30头,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复2头。对照组精料混合料中添加1.0%碳酸氢钠,试验组添加200、400、600、800 mg/kg干物质的烟酸。结果表明:高精料饲喂条件下(精粗比85:15),添加200和400 mg/kg干物质烟酸组的料重比与增重效果与对照组接近(P>0.05),添加600和800 mg/kg干物质烟酸组的饲料报酬和增重效果要优于对照组,以800 mgkg干物质烟酸组的添加效果最好,试验前期日增重达到1.92kg,料重比为6.29:1,优于对照组14.62%和14.02%(P<0.05)。烟酸的增重效果主要体现在试验前期(1~28d),试验后期(28~56 d)各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。
【Abstract】 This study was conducted to investigate the effect of nicotinic acid on production performance of finishing male beef cattle under high level of concentrate condition.A total of 30 finishing beef catties with body weight of about 400 kg were randomly allotted to 5 groups with 6 catties each.The catties in treatmentⅠgroup were fed concentrate diets supplemented with 1%NaHCO3.treatmentsⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤwere fed concentrate diet supplemented nicotinic acid at a dose of 200,400,600 and 800 mg/kg dry matter(DM) respectively but without NaHCO3 supplementation.The dietary concentrate to forage ratio was about 85:15.The experimental duration was 56 d.The results showed as follows:the average daily gain(ADG) and the average ratio of feed to gain(F/G) of groupⅡand groupⅢwere a little lower than those of groupⅠwithout significant difference(P>0.05).While those of groupⅣand groupⅤwere higher than those of groupⅠ.In the first period of this trial(l~28d),groupⅤget the highest average daily gain of 1.92kg,the lowest average ratio of feed to gain of 6.29:1,which were bettle than those of group I by 14.62%和14.02%(p<0.05).There were no significant difference between treatments of nicotinic and treatment of NaHC03 in the second period(28~56 d)(P>0.05).As compared with beef cattle fed with diets with supplementation of 1%NaHCO3,the growth performance of finishing beef cattle fed with high concentrate diet with 800 mg/kg dry matter nicotinic acid supplementation had the perfect production performance.
