硒对黄曲霉毒素B1中毒雏鸭血清抗氧化功能的影响

【摘要】 为观察黄曲霉毒素B1(Aflatoxin B1,AFB1)对试验雏鸭血清抗氧化功能的影响及亚硒酸钠对AFB1的颉颃效应。本试验以雏鸭为试验动物,7日龄雏鸭90只,共分为三组,每组各30只。第Ⅰ组设为空白对照组,灌胃同等量二甲基亚砜;第Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组。每天分别按0.1mg/kg剂量给第Ⅱ、Ⅲ组雏鸭灌胃AFB1一次,连续投药21d,试验期间给第Ⅲ组雏鸭每天按1mg/kg剂量灌胃亚硒酸钠1次。分别在给雏鸭投药后7、14、21d,检测雏鸭血清抗氧化功能主要指标。试验结果显示,第Ⅱ、Ⅲ组雏鸭血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及谷胱甘肽还原酶活性与总抗氧化能力均显著低于第Ⅰ组(P<0.05),而丙二醛含量显著高于第Ⅰ组(P<0.05);与第Ⅱ组相比,经灌胃投用亚硒酸钠的第Ⅲ组雏鸭血清抗氧化指标均得到明显的改善(P<0.05)。结果表明,黄曲霉毒素B1导致雏鸭血清抗氧化功能发生显著的变化,而亚硒酸钠能明显改善其变化。

【Abstract】 In order to observe the influences of aflatoxin B1(AFB1) on serum antioxidant function in ducklings and study the antagonistic effect of sodium selenite on AFB1.Seven day-old ducklings were used as experimental animals.All animals were divided into three groups(30 animals each).The ducklings of groupⅠwas only administered in the same volume of DMSO with the other group as control.GroupⅡ,Ⅲwere administered intragastrically in AFB1 at a dose 0.1mg/kg body weight respectively,and groupⅢwas administered in sodium selenite at a dose 1mg/kg.All treatments were given once daily during 7-28 day-old.It detected antioxidant function indicators in ducklings serum on 7th,14th,21th day after treatment.The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase,satalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase and total-antioxidant capacity significantly decreased in ducklings serum of groupⅡ,Ⅲcompared with groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the level of malondialdehytra significantly increased(P<0.05). It showed a significant improvements in serum antioxidant function in ducklings of sodium selenite treated group HI compared with groupⅡ(P<0.05).The results revealed that sodium selenite could ameliorate the ducklings serum antioxidant function change induced by aflatoxin B1.
