矢车菊素对肝细胞脂代谢的影响
The effects of cyanidin on Liver cell lipid metabolism

【摘要】 研究矢车菊素对脂肪变性的L02细胞内甘油三脂代谢的影响。以不同浓度软脂酸诱导L02细胞建立肝细胞脂肪变性模型并以不同浓度的矢车菊素对模型细胞进行处理,观察矢车菊素对细胞内外甘油三脂、胆固醇、胆汁酸和高密度脂蛋白的影响。结果表明:以30ug/ml软脂酸对L02细胞处理24h为建立L02细胞脂肪变性模型的最佳条件,2.5mg/ml矢车菊素能够明显减少此模型L02胞内甘油三脂蓄积并促进胆固醇的转运及降解为胆汁酸,并呈现剂量依赖型关系。
【Abstract】 To study the effects of cyanidin on L02 cell lipid metabolism,L02 cells were cultured with different concentration of palmitic acid-induced to establish a liver steatosis model,then the model was treated with different concentrations of cyanidin,to observed cyanidin on intracelluar triglyceride,cholesterol,bile acids and high-density lipoprotein protein.The results showed that:30μg/ml of palmitic acid is the best conditions for L02 steatosis model,in this model,2.5mg/ml cyanidin-L02 can significantly reduce the accumulation of intracellular triglycerides and to promote cholesterol the transport and degradation of bile acids,in a dose-dependent relationship.
