醋酸铅对鲤鱼卵巢上皮细胞抗氧化功能的影响

【摘要】 为了探讨铅对淡水鱼类的影响,本研究将体外培养的鲤鱼卵巢上皮细胞,分别于0、50、100、200μM·L-1的醋酸铅溶液中作用24、48 h,然后测定鲤鱼卵巢上皮细胞中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GPX)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GR)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化。结果显示:随着染毒剂量的增加和作用时间的延长,细胞中的CAT、SOD、GPX、GR酶活性逐渐降低抑制,而MDA水平逐渐升高,与对照组相比,差异均显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。表明不同浓度的醋酸铅可引起鲤鱼卵巢上皮细胞发生氧化损伤,且氧化损伤的程度与醋酸铅呈现明显的剂量-效应关系。
【Abstract】 To study the effect on freshwater fish,cyprinus carpio ovary epithelial cells were stimulated with different concentrations of lead acetate solution(0,50,100.200μM·L-1),and tested the activity of CAT、SOD、GPX、GR and lever of MDA in carp oarian epithelial cells after 24 h and 48h respectively. The results indicated that the activity of enzymes were inhibited,meanwhile the levels of MDA was accelerated, The difference were significantly(P<0.05或P<0.01) with relation to the increase of lead acetate dosage and time, compared with the contron group.It is concluded that the lead acetate can induced oxidative damage to carp oarian epithelial cells,with being dependent on the dose and time.
