不同抗生素替代品对荣昌仔猪日增重和防病效果的试验

【摘要】 选择15窝荣昌仔猪,比较了在日粮中添加乳酸菌、灵芝多糖制剂、杆菌肽锌和土霉素对日增重和腹泻率、腹泻频率、死亡率的影响。试验结果:灵芝多糖组和乳酸菌组提高仔猪日增重效果与抗生素组相当,但其防治腹泻效果明显优于抗生素组,尤其是灵芝多糖组。灵芝多糖组与基础日粮组比较,腹泻率、腹泻频率、死亡率分别下降了69.23、21.27、7.69个百分点;与杆菌肽锌组比较,其腹泻率、腹泻频率、死亡率分别下降了40.66、4.30、14.29个百分点;与土霉素组比较,其腹泻率下降了69.23个百分点,腹泻频率下降了5.24个百分点,差异极显著。结果表明,可以在仔猪日粮中使用灵芝多糖制剂或乳酸菌来替代抗生素,这不影响仔猪日增重,但能显著降低腹泻率,提高成活率。

【Abstract】 A number of 15 litters of Rongchang piglets were selected to compare the effects of diet supplemented with lactic acid bacteria,ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides preparations,bacillus peptide zinc and Oxytetracyline on daily gain,diarrhea rate,diarrhea frequency and mortality rate.The results showed that,the daily gain of groups fed the diet supplemented with ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and lactobacillus increased and the effects were equivalent to the antibiotic group,while its diarrhea prevention effect was better than that of antibiotics,especially the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides group.Comparing ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides with basal diet group,the diarrhea rate,diarrhea frequency and mortality rate decreased by 69.23%,21.27%and 7.69%respectively.Comparing with bacillus peptide zinc group,the diarrhea rate,diarrhea frequency and mortality rate was decreased by 40.66%,4.30%and 14.29%respectively.Comparing with Oxytetracyline group,the diarrhea rate and diarrhea frequency dropped by 69.23%and 5.24%respectively,with markedly significant difference.In conclusion,the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides agents or lactobacillus can be used to replace antibiotic in diet,which could not affect piglet daily gain,but could significantly reduce the diarrhea rate and increase the survival rate.
