【摘要】 为探讨清热复方的抗热应激机理,以大鼠为热应激模型,高温刺激条件为41℃,2 h。用Real-time PCR和ELISA方法检测了清热复方对热刺激后空肠组织中Hsp70的表达。结果显示高温刺激后大鼠空肠组织中Hsp70的mRNA和蛋白表达均升高(P<0.01),且中药组Hsp70表达高于热应激组(P<0.01),说明清热复方能通过诱导Hsp70的表达来抵抗高温对机体造成的热刺激。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the mechanism of Clearing heat Prescription(CHP) of resistance to heat stress,using rat as a heat stress model and real-time PCR and ELISA to detect the level of Hsp70 in rat Jejunum after 41℃, 2h.The results showed that the mRNA and protein expression of Hsp70 in heat stress groups were higher than control groups(P <0.01),and the Hsp70 of CHP groups were significantly higher than heat stress groups(P<0.01). It is indicated that the CHP Can resistance me heat stimulation under high temperatures by induce the over expression of Hsp70.更多还原
